Cindy was born on September 30, 1963, in Bloomer, WI and passes at her home in Arcadia on October 3, 2021.

 Cindy's love for pets didn't go unnoticed, as she had many pets over the years, each holding a special place in her heart. Her memorial fund was created to help cat owners with veterinarian care for their beloved pet.

The Cindy Haines memorial fund will give up to $100.00 per household per year for medical assistance including spay/neuter for your feline.  Please complete the application and write a letter of financial need with a copy of the paid vet bill or proposed vet bill and return it to us at tchspets@gmail.com or mail to PO Box 418, Blair, WI 54616.  Funds are not guaranteed until approved.
